2. Fair Labor Practices- We uphold fair wages, equal opportunities, and a respectful work environment, promoting diversity and inclusion while ensuring safe and ethical working conditions. In alignment with the Fair Labor Association (FLA) Code of Conduct, we commit to:

Supplier Commitment to Corporate Responsibility

Better Magnets expects all suppliers, contractors, and business partners to uphold the same standards outlined in our CRC. This includes compliance with all applicable labor laws, fair wages, safe working conditions, non-discrimination policies, environmental regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.

As part of our commitment to ethical business conduct, we require all suppliers to agree to and operate in alignment with our values, including:

  • Prohibition of forced, child, or involuntary labor

  • Fair compensation and working hours

  • Safe and healthy working environments

  • Respect for human rights and freedom of association

  • Environmentally responsible production practices

  • Full compliance with all applicable local and international laws
